Mews’ technology is utilized by over 700 hospitality establishments in the DACH region, managing more than 30,000 beds. Notably, 76% of Mews’ clientele in Germany comprises small to medium-sized hotels, including well-known names like Hotel Oderberger in Berlin, harry’s home, and Paulinenhof.
Founded in 2009, HS3 Hotelsoftware has over 15 years of experience in enhancing hotel operations and guest services, with more than 3,500 customers relying on its intuitive and efficient software solutions. The acquisition aims to triple the number of rooms managed via Mews in Germany.
In March, Mews announced the new funding round of $110 million led by Kinnevik, with participation from Revaia, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Notion Capital, and new investor LGVP, bringing the company’s valuation to $1.2 billion.
