Rentyl Resorts has secured an agreement with Choice Hotels to add Spectrum Resort Orlando to its Ascend Hotel Collection. Both companies will market the resort and accept website reservations that credit Choice Privileges members with stay points starting Sept. 1. On that date, Rentyl will officially join a selective network of more than 370 independent boutique hotels and resorts worldwide.
“Because of the high standards of the Rentyl Resorts brand, Choice approved the partnership with no changes to our property,” said Nicholas Falcone, CEO and Founder of Rentyl Resorts. “We are excited to provide a comfortable resort-style home at Spectrum through our partnership.”
The condominiums and townhouses at Spectrum Resort Orlando have 3-5 bedrooms that sleep 8-12 people. Every unit has a full kitchen, laundry machines, bathroom linen service and other features. Guests receive complimentary transportation to local theme parks and can access onsite amenities such as golf courses, a full spa, a clubhouse with a communal pool, restaurants, and in-home experiences.
“The resort residences are ideal for families and friends to enjoy a relaxing environment with all the amenities they need for the perfect vacation in the Orlando area,” Falcone said. “The private residences are also a welcome break from the crowded hotel experience for those visiting local theme parks and events.”
Ascend-affiliated properties are known for creating boutique hotel experiences that capture the local flavor of their locations and are decorated in tasteful, authentic styles. Spectrum Resort Orlando will have the largest number of accommodations in the collection based on bedroom count.
