Technology solution provider Nuitee has raised $48 million in a Series A funding round led by Accel. Founded in 2017, Nuitee has rapidly become a global infrastructure provider for the travel and hotel industry, simplifying the fragmented and complex web of suppliers, hotels, and third-party distributors into a single, user-friendly API. Originating from Morocco and Spain, the company has gained recognition as a transformative force in the $75 billion B2B hotel market, partnering with industry leaders like Hopper, Expedia, Priceline, Google, and Uber.

Now based in Dublin, Ireland, and led by CEO and founder Med Benmansour, Nuitee’s technology-driven approach addresses many of the long-standing challenges in the B2B hotel market, which is often plagued by poor coverage, unreliable technology, and opaque pricing structures. By leveraging a modern tech stack and cultivating strong, direct relationships with hotels, Nuitee has positioned itself as a reliable and innovative solution for both suppliers and customers. This includes hotels, online travel agencies (OTAs), fintechs, and super-apps, all of which use Nuitee’s API to offer seamless travel services.

Nuitée offers a practical solution for hotels seeking to streamline room distribution and reduce costs by connecting directly with B2B clients, including travel agencies, corporate travel firms, OTAs, loyalty programs, and super apps. This approach allows hotels to maintain greater control over pricing, policies, and booking terms, while simplifying operations with features like rate parity management and integration with existing systems.

The platform facilitates transparent access to booking data, supporting upselling opportunities and fostering direct guest relationships. With a straightforward onboarding process and trusted partnerships with brands like Hilton and Best Western, Nuitée provides an efficient and cost-effective way for hotels to improve occupancy rates and manage distribution more effectively.

Unlike traditional players in the market, Nuitee’s core strength lies in its operational efficiency and ability to scale globally while remaining profitable. Med Benmansour’s disciplined leadership mirrors that of successful companies like Atlassian, Braintree, and Qualtrics, which have managed to build robust global businesses with strong financial performance. This operational rigor has allowed Nuitee to grow tenfold since 2022, processing massive transaction volumes while maintaining low latency and high reliability in its offerings.

The B2B hotel market, which has surpassed pre-pandemic levels, is particularly fragmented, involving a mix of hotels, agents, bed banks, aggregators, and third-party suppliers. Nuitee’s platform simplifies this landscape by providing a single API that integrates various stakeholders. This not only improves efficiency but also allows for better transparency and pricing. For hoteliers, Nuitee offers direct connectivity to new pools of customers, bypassing traditional distribution constraints. By providing actionable, data-driven insights, the platform helps hotels personalize their marketing, maximize revenue per room, and enhance guest experiences.

One of Nuitee’s key differentiators is its adaptability to diverse industries. Its customer base includes not only travel-native players like OTAs and airlines but also non-traditional sectors such as banks, automotive companies, and telecom organizations. Many of these entities use Nuitee’s white-labeled solutions to integrate travel products into their offerings for the first time. This creates new revenue streams and enhances customer engagement, while hotels gain access to a broader customer base.

The Series A funding will enable Nuitee to expand its product suite, develop new global partnerships, and scale its team across multiple locations, including Ireland, Spain, London, Morocco, and the United States. Looking ahead, Nuitee aims to deepen its role in the travel ecosystem by building a range of software solutions tailored for hotels and sellers. These solutions will help businesses distribute and operate more effectively, enhancing their ability to compete in a dynamic industry.
