NexGen Guest has shared the success of their low touch-high function mobile guest tool for hotels, in use since November 2018. Through this product, hotels maintain 98% connectivity with guests enabling virtual check-in, checkout, F&B ordering, payment, and touchless communication from any location on or off hotel property. All transactions are completed via mobile web page, as it is guests’ preferred method of contact, and even more so now during Covid 19 as it allows communication to be entirely contactless.

Located in Costa Rica, The Harmony Hotel, for example, experienced a 43% increase in efficiency, and 62% increase in guest satisfaction after using the product for six months. Harmony was also able gain valuable insights about their guests’ interests, such as which on-and-off-property activities were most appealing.

Founder & CEO of NexGen Guest, Steve Danelian, stated, “I am pleased to offer a proven mobile travel technology product that helps hotels create efficiencies and puts guests at ease during this complicated time of Covid 19, when contactless is truly the preferred method of contact, to keep us all as safe and healthy as possible while traveling.”

NexGen integrates with hotel operating systems including Opera, Protel, Maestro, and others, as well as Keyless Apps already in use. Guests are able to make requests from any location on property via text or console–as well as for nearby off-property activities– tracking activity and amenity popularity, as well as creating a comprehensive guest profile, while enforcing the strictest of data privacy standards and security through CCPA compliance. As well all hotel guides are ADA compliant.

As fraudulent opportunists abound during these stressful times, NexGen Guest uses PCI DSS credit card security and fraud protection for all transactions, the global security standard for all entities that store, process, or transmit cardholder data and/or sensitive authentication data. This ensures suspicious transactions are flagged before it is able to be completed, as well as encryption in transit and at rest.

A sampling of hotels the product is currently in use Cavallo Point Lodge in Sausalito, California; The Fleming in Hong Kong; The Harmony Hotel in Costa Rica, The Hollywood Roosevelt in Los Angeles, California; Vik Retreat Chile; and Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur.
