Safara, the innovative hotel booking app, has announced the launch of Safara 360, a comprehensive SaaS platform for independent hotels to get more demand and elevate the guest experience. This launch represents a significant evolution in Safara’s mission to empower independents while creating a seamless, personalized travel experiences for the next generation of travelers.
A Digital-First Guest Journey
Safara 360 introduces an enhanced digital experience that begins the moment a reservation is made on the hotel’s website. Guests receive an invite to access their booking details through the Safara App, where, for the first time ever, they can view the reservation information at all their favorite independent hotels in one convenient app. This digital-first approach ensures travelers have their important booking details at their fingertips, eliminating the need to search through emails or contact hotels directly.

Personalized Travel Experiences
A standout feature of Safara 360 is its intelligent preference collection system, which enables guests to share their trip occasion and preferences directly through the app. This data is seamlessly shared with hotel partners, allowing them to personalize their hospitality approach before guests arrive.
The system captures both trip-specific and profile-level preferences, giving hotels unprecedented insight into guest data. For participating hotels, this information is delivered in a streamlined format that includes the guest’s name, confirmation number, stay dates, and selected preferences.
Zero-Commission Marketplace
Safara 360 also introduces a groundbreaking marketplace model with 0% commission on bookings made through the Safara App. This approach delivers high-value guests to hotel partners without the traditional costs associated with online travel agencies.
“We saw an average first booking of around $1,000 over the last 12 months, so we are delivering high-quality demand to our hotel partners.
