Cogwheel Analytics has launched its new Market-Level Benchmarking feature, designed to help hotels compare their digital marketing performance against similar properties within the same geographic area. This enhancement gives hotel owners and management companies critical insights into how their properties perform locally, enabling smarter, data-driven marketing decisions.

Market-level benchmarking is available when at least four hotels within the same MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Areas) are participating in the Cogwheel Analytics platform.

Currently, Cogwheel Analytics supports a total of 630 hotels, in which 37 markets offer market-level insights, with plans to expand as more properties join the platform.. 

By understanding how their digital marketing efforts perform locally, hoteliers can spot gaps, strengthen direct booking strategies, and increase both revenue and market share.
