Roomongo, the third-party hotel booking platform known for low rates across top resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean, has launched its new Automated Price Drop Tool. This new feature tracks rates on Roomongo after booking and provides an automatic refund if prices drop.
Once a reservation is confirmed, the system monitors rates until the free-cancellation date. If the price drops on Roomongo for any reason, including new sales or promo codes, the system sends the refund automatically. No rebooking, no need to send screenshots, no changes to your stay. Travelers keep the original hotel confirmation number and the reservation stays fully intact.
Customers will be able to track their savings on the added Automated Price Drop Tool dashboard which includes daily price checks, refund history, and a full-rate timeline.
