Staypineapple has announced a partnership with Abra Hospitality following the successful rollout of the Abra platform at Staypineapple’s Chicago hotel. The brand is now preparing to deploy Abra across the remainder of its portfolio, including hotels in New York City, San Francisco, Boston, Seattle and Portland.

Abra unifies guest intelligence from a hotel’s staff and technology systems, then makes that information available across departments to support more personalized, anticipatory service at every touchpoint. The platform integrates with Staypineapple’s existing technology stack, including Mews and other hospitality management systems, bringing guest information together into a living, AI-powered institutional memory that becomes more useful with each new data point.

Hotel staff can also contribute information directly to the platform. Team members across the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage and other departments can share details they learn through conversations and interactions with guests, making that knowledge available to colleagues throughout the property.

“Personalized service is what we strive to deliver to our guests. It’s why they remember us and why they come back,” said Dina Belon, president of Staypineapple. “Our continuous goal is to make those unforgettable moments happen consistently at every property. We went looking for technology that could help us do that at scale, and Abra met those needs by expanding the level of personalization we have cultivated as a company. It’s a platform that turns what our team members know into something the whole team can act on, bringing our tagline, ‘Where Stays Become Stories,’ to life.”

The portfolio-wide rollout is designed to help Staypineapple preserve the personal knowledge and individual guest preferences that hotel employees develop over time while making that information accessible across departments and properties. Rather than leaving valuable guest knowledge isolated within individual systems or with individual employees, Abra creates a shared intelligence layer that hotel teams can use to recognize preferences and personalize future interactions.

“As a hotelier, I saw firsthand the incredible impact that meaningfully personalized service had on guest experience, team engagement and enduring loyalty,” said Dana Ellis, co-founder and chief hospitality officer of Abra. “But I also saw how difficult it was to actually deliver it operationally. We built Abra to make this kind of service effortless and to give team members the superpower to make magic for each and every guest. There are very few brands in the world more synonymous with personalization than Staypineapple, so this partnership is especially exciting for all of us at Abra. We are thrilled to help their team turn even more stays into stories, and stories into stays.”
