RateGain Technologies has come out with a new user interface for its popular Online Reputation Management Tool, BrandGain, to help hoteliers better manage the online reputation of their properties. BrandGain is used by hoteliers to track guest reviews and feedback from over 120 channels.
According to the company, the user interface has been redesigned to offer a faster, more reliable and enhanced user experience. The key features of the new interface include the ability to display all the statistics related to reviews in a visually appealing manner on a single platform. The upgrade also offers hoteliers more flexibility to customize the reply template according to the review type (positive, negative or neutral).
A new version of the application allows users to view and respond to all guest reviews anytime, anywhere via mobile access. Hoteliers can access and analyze reviews on all social media platforms with respect to selected KPIs like number of tweets, likes, shares, followers, etc.
The company announced that it is currently offering hoteliers a free trial of the upgraded application.
