Hôtel de Verbier, nestled in the majestic Swiss Alps in Verbier, Switzerland, has partnered with hotel guest experience and staff management solution provider INTELITY to drive overall convenience and optimized operations. The four-star, 29-room property will deploy key elements of the INTELITY platform, including beautiful 10” tablets for contactless in-room dining, a full digital compendium, amenity and activity reservations, messaging, and more, along with INTELITY’s staff operations solution, GEMS®.
“Hôtel de Verbier delivers excellent service and flexibility to every guest who stays with us,” said Ebba Leijonhufvud, Director of Hôtel de Verbier. “Our top priority is to ensure our guests have swift access to all of our rich amenities at the tip of their fingers, either on property or off. There is so much to do in our leading Swiss Alps resort and we want to ensure it’s seamlessly offered to all of our guests.”
The INTELITY platform’s tablets are well regarded as the best in the industry and will create a convenient, full-flow digital experience for the guests staying on property. Guests will be able to use the tablets for on-property services and amenities, like contactless dining or booking spa appointments after a long day on the slopes, or off-property services like making reservations for ski school and equipment. Then, when it is time to check out, they can simply exit from an easy ‘check-out’ button on the tablet.
“INTELITY is honored to partner with Hôtel de Verbier, one of the top hotels in the Swiss Alps,” said Robert Stevenson, CEO of INTELITY. “The property itself is impeccably designed and perfect for any traveler looking for a cozy, boutique resort that provides all comforts and technology we’re used to having in our lives. I personally can’t wait to visit and enjoy everything the hotel and its surroundings have to offer.”
