This collaboration integrates MeetingPackage’s CRS technology with iVvy’s Sales & Catering platform, helping venues to turn inquiries into confirmed bookings faster and enabling them to deliver exceptional guest experiences from inquiry to event execution.
By connecting MeetingPackage’s award-winning booking engine with iVvy’s end-to-end event management solution, hotels, and event venues will be able to offer real-time availability, dynamic pricing, and instant booking for meeting rooms and group accommodations on their websites and third-party channels. Planners can search, configure, and book meeting space online in seconds, eliminating the traditional back-and-forth of RFPs and inquiries.
The integration synchronizes data between the two systems, ensuring that every booking, whether direct or via a partner channel, is captured and updated automatically in the venue’s S&C software. This level of automation greatly boosts operational efficiency and allows sales teams to focus on personalized service instead of manual admin tasks.
