Hotel quality optimization solution provider Quore has been selected by Cambria Hotels, an upscale brand franchised by Choice Hotels International, Inc., as a brand standard to provide its software for their new preventative maintenance program. Hotel staff will now be able to leverage Quore’s cloud-based software to optimize maintenance for guest rooms and public spaces, as well as streamline the monitoring and compliance of brand standards. With over 50 Cambria hotels open across the country, Quore is proud to support the brand’s rapid growth plans.
Cambria Hotels worked with Quore to establish a set of brand-wide standard inspection templates for the new preventative maintenance program, which each Cambria hotel may utilize to more efficiently ensure comprehensive preventative care is performed throughout the property.
The preventative maintenance addresses numerous guest touchpoints, including guest rooms, the lobby, pool, hallways, meeting rooms, elevators, public restrooms, fitness center, and is designed to streamline operations and reporting for hotel staff, and extend the life of assets so guests enjoy them for years to come. Quore’s preventative maintenance software also supports the logging of routine inspections of various safety and mechanical components installed in the hotels.
